The hotel has been created in 1987 by founder Jacques Raoul, the chef. 30 years later, he has decided to go into retirement and to let his son take the helm. Rodolphe Raoul is passionate by food and travels and has given a real identity to the orignal meals. The flavours are surprising mixed and the aspect of the plates are as beautiful as the meals are delicious. The chef works with terroir products whose a part is certified organic and gluten free.
